lyrics

Carved from stone, a great primaeval
entity, unearthly stands.
Instrument of our upheaval,
chiseled by unhuman hands.

Vapors clasp the marble, twining,
sculpted from a single block.
Luminescence sickly shining
through the pale and glistening rock.

Art beyond terrestrial learning,
a Carraran prophecy.
Eldritch titan, soon returning,
faceless, wondrous mystery.

Seen in crumbling grimoires, bound
with unwilling human skin,
reaching down to walk the ground
as the revelries begin.

Abomination set in stone,
a living holocaust portrayed.
Depicted, hidden and unknown,
what one distorted spirit made.

A glorious corporeal
astral apocalypse of old.
A shadow, immemorial,
a cosmic pestilence foretold.

Stone foreboding heavens crawling,
incognizable to man.
Thousand devotees are calling
cross the void’s abyssal span.

Seen in crumbling grimoires, bound
with unwilling human skin,
reaching down to walk the ground
as the ravagings begin.

Abomination set in stone,
a living holocaust portrayed.
Depicted, hidden and unknown,
what one distorted spirit made.

A glorious corporeal
astral apocalypse of old.
A shadow, immemorial,
a cosmic pestilence foretold.
